Since I resurrected my blog in January of this year I have used AI tools in its creation.
Still, AI is not trustworthy. It can hallucinate, making things up. It also has biases that affect its presentation of information. Thus, I have built in checks and balances to verify my content. I want the data to be correct and my opinions to be mine. This has been a learning experience which has added complexity and effort. It’s time consuming but necessary.
Here are the AI tools I use.
Illustrations
- Photographs are typically mine. Occasionally I use other peoples images with their knowledge and permission or from the public domain. I use Adobe Photo Suite and Topaz Labs applications. Both of these offer AI tools for editing.
- Art Work is either not AI and used with the permission of the artist or AI generated by me. My AI tools are Freepik.Com and NightCafe.studio. I use Adobe and Topaz for post production of AI images.
Composition
- Research
- Begins with something I have heard, read or seen.
- I start with one of my reputable news sources or Ground.News to dig deeper.
- This leads to more questions. I turn to either the sources provided by my first search. Alternatively, I use the AI Research tool Perplexity.AI to ask more detailed questions and analysis.
- Next, I verify that the resource exists and the background of its creators.
- Writing
Web Site
- Hosting by Blue Host.Com.
- Web Page Design by WordPress.com.
Most importantly, thank you for visiting my blog and considering its content.
